Raw Bread Recipes – Life Changing Experience

Many thanks to all of you who have completed my readers survey for 2015! I really appreciate your time, suggestions and comments 🙂 Many of you were begging for more raw bread recipes 🙂 So I have decided to post one and then include a freebie with additional two bread recipes (one is a life changing I would say and is baked, vegan and flour free! The other one is all raw and very special!

Here is a recipe for raw zucchini-onion loaf

Ingredients for one loaf:

1 cup soaked almonds
2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
5 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 medium sized zucchini
2 red onions
3 tablespoons tamari
1 teaspoon dried marjoram or a handful of fresh
4 soaked dried tomatoes
Water
Directions: 1. Put zucchini, onion and dried tomatoes in your food processor and process well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well until you get a dough. Add water if necessary. Taste your dough and add more tamari or chopped onion if needed. 2. Take your dough out of the food processor, put in a bigger bowl and add a bit of water if the dough is not sticky enough (not too much, the aim is to shape the dough into a loaf).
3. Shape the dough into a loaf put on a non-sticky sheet. 4.Dehydrate at 60 degrees for an hour to make your bread crispy, then cut your bread in thick slices and dehydrate at 48 degrees for 4 hours. Get more recipes by clicking the box below
